Paint with Pixie!
Teaching for 25 years

We can not paint outdoors. This activity is for students 1st-6th grade. The classes are two hours long. There is a minimum of 25 parisipants and I can teach up to 80 1st-6th grade together. I will need 1 hour to set up. We will need 4 rows of 3 tables.

Any class over 60 will be taught from the stage and needs a facilities request the night before to move all cafeteria tables vertical to the stage in 4 rows of 3 tables and use of the cafeteria PA system.

In-school day events are best in the morning because that is the largest block of time and I can be cleaned up before lunch. I will come before school to set up

To create an invoice (Estimate) I need: (1) the date (see online calendar), (2) time to begin class, (3) exact number of partisipants, (4) painting chosen (see online gallery) and (5) the grades of the students. We will need a copy of The PO emailed 2 weeks prior to the event. After the event, please sign and submit the PO to the program specialist to ensure timely payment.

There is a 15% cancellation fee is mandatory with a $15 per art kit (delivered to you school) if it is cancelled 14 days prior to the event.

For District Reimbursement (Extended Education), I need the billing information such as the school site or district finance address and contact person to create a new customer profile. Then I need the date (see online calendar), time, number of students, and painting chosen (see online gallery). After the event, please sign and submit the PO to the program specialist to ensure timely payment. 

The price ranges from $30 to $35 depending on how far a district is from Fresno. See district price chart below.

Pixie is a credentialed master teacher of 29 years with certificates in early childhood, art, and special education. Pixie only speaks English and will need an interpretor if the audience has Spanish speakers. She will provide direct instruction so all your students will be successful and help them produce beautiful art everyone will be proud of.
