Paint with Pixie!
Teaching for 25 years

We can not paint outdoors. This activity best for students 1st-6th grade. The classes are two hours long. There is a minimum of 25 parisipants and I can teach up to 120 of all ages, together. 

We require 4 rows of 5 cafeteria tables vertical to the stage with an available PA system with 2 hours to set up. Please make a Facilities Request in advance.

When there are K-1st grade at the event, the painting choices are Golden Bumble Bee, Rainbow Tree, Christmas Tree, Witchy Pumpkin, Hydrangeas 12x14, Beach 11x14, Four Square Heart, Magnolias, Bird of Pardise, Iris, Tulipds, Doffodils, Amethyst in a Jar

To create an invoice (Quote) I need: (1) the date (see online calendar), (2) time to begin class, (3) exact number of partisipants, (4) painting chosen (see online gallery) and (5) the grades of the students. After the event, please sign and submit the PO to the program specialist to ensure timely payment.

Acceptance of the invoice and reserving your event on The Artist In Me calendar is a contractual commitment and a 15% cancellation fee is mandatory with a $20 per art kit (delivered to you school) if it is cancelled 14 days prior to the event.

For District Reimbursement (Extended Education), I need the billing information such as the school site or district finance address and contact person to create a new customer profile. Then I need the date (see online calendar), time, number of students, and painting chosen (see online gallery). After the event, please sign and submit the PO to the program specialist to ensure timely payment. 

The price ranges from $30 to $35 depending on how far a district is from Fresno. See district price chart below.

Pixie is a credentialed master teacher of 29 years with certificates in early childhood, art, and special education. She will provide direct instruction so all your students will be successful and help them produce beautiful art everyone will be proud of.
